1. 200 Units of Oxygen Concentrators Ordered<\/strong><\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

200 units of 2-9L oxygen concentrators were ordered from a manufacturer in China and were delivered on May 24th<\/sup> to a Nepal Embassy Beijing designated warehouse in Guangzhou.\u00a0 We anticipate that all 200 units to arrive Nepal by the end of May.\u00a0 Total expenditure on the concentrators and related freight approximates HK$ 560,000.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”8317″ img_size=”large”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”8320″ img_size=”large”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

2. Relief aid programs executed through Volunteers Corps Nepal<\/strong><\/h4>\n

An agreement was reached with VCN to execute relief aids, distributing oxygen cylinders, thermometers, protective gears, face masks and gloves to 11 medical institutions in order to protect front-line medical personnel and patients.\u00a0 Total costs approximate HK$670,000.\u00a0 This, along with a program previously approved to assist agricultural development and for psychological counseling, are both in a procurement phase.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

3. Thrangu Monastery Emergency Relief Programs<\/strong><\/h4>\n

An agreement with the Thrangu Monastery was reached to provide 2 relief programs: distributing a month-long supply of food, including rice, oil, salt and grains to 700 nearby village residents.\u00a0 Total costs approximate HK$120,000.\u00a0 The other program was for the distribution of 3-month supplies of similar food stuff for 3 children homes, a combined total of 60 children.\u00a0 Total costs approximate HK$10,000.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Villages nearby the Thrangu Monastery[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”8352″ img_size=”large”][vc_single_image image=”8349″ img_size=”large”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”8346″ img_size=”large”][vc_single_image image=”8355″ img_size=”large”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
